EXECUTIVE CHEF

-       completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent experience

-       with at least three years relevant working experience in a similar capacity

-       has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written

-       expert in menu planning

-       experienced in setting up and operating a commissary

-       can implement hygiene and sanitation standards

-       will manage a banquet kitchen and six restaurant kitchens

-       can perform administrative tasks

-       creative and resourceful

-       willing to work on shifting schedules

-       computer literate

SOUS CHEF

-       completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent experience

-       with at least two years relevant working experience in a similar capacity

-       has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written

-       specializes in International cuisine

-       adept in menu planning; creative and resourceful

-       knowledge in restaurant kitchen and commissary operations an advantage

-       will supervise Chef de Partie assigned in restaurants

-       willing to work on shifting schedules

-       computer literate

ASSISTANT FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGER

-       completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent working experience

-       with at least two years relevant working experience in a similar capacity

-       adept in planning

-       exposure to bar and family videoke operations an advantage

-       will manage operations of at least two food and beverage outlets

-       will supervise Food and Beverage supervisors

-       has excellent communication skills, spoken and written

-       willing to work on shifting schedules

-       computer literate

PURCHASING ASSISTANT

-       completed a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management

-       with at least six months relevant working experience

-       has satisfactory communication skills

GENERAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN

-       completed two years of college or graduate of technical/ vocational course

-       with at least six months relevant working experience in a similar capacity

-       knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing work
