- a licensed Civil or Electrical Engineer
- with at least 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
- exposure in hotel, resort or restaurant operations an advantage
- has very strong leadership skills
- knowledge in AutoCAD or similar CAD programs an advantage
- will supervise facilities maintenance
- will oversee construction projects of the company
- computer literate
SOUS CHEF
- completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent experience
- with at least two years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written
- adept in menu planning; creative and resourceful
- knowledge in restaurant kitchen and commissary operations an advantage
- will supervise Chef de Partie assigned in restaurants
- willing to work on shifting schedules
- computer literate
CHEF DE PARTIE
- completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent experience
- with at least two years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- adept in menu planning; creative and resourceful
- specializes in banquets/catering or volume cooking, or Filipino dishes
- will manage the Banquet kitchen, or, Filipino restaurant kitchen
- willing to work on shifting schedules
- computer literate
GENERAL SERVICES SHIFT LEADER
- completed two years of college or graduate of technical/vocational course
- with at one year relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing work
- will supervise general services in a shift
- will handle materials control
- willing to work on shifting schedules
GENERAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN
- completed two years of college or graduate of technical/vocational course
- with at least six months relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written
- knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing work
- willing to work on shifting schedules
FITNESS CONSULTANT/PERSONAL GYM TRAINER
- has appropriate education on fitness and gym requirements
- with at least two years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written
- can facilitate gym training
- can design and execute exercise programs
- physically fit
- amiable and presentable
