FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

  • completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent experience
  • with at least three years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • adept in data analysis and planning
  • exposure in hotel, resort or restaurant operations necessary
  • has very strong leadership skills
  • able to manage operations of five food and beverage outlets, as well as extensive banquet operations
  • computer literate

GENERAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR

  • preferably a licensed Engineer; Civil or Electrical
  • with at least two years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • exposure hotel and resort operations an advantage
  • able to supervise facilities maintenance
  • has very strong leadership skills
  • knowledge in AutoCAD or similar CAD programs as advantage
  • willing to work on shifting schedules
  • computer literate

CHEF DE PARTIE

  • completed a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job or has equivalent experience
  • with at least one year relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • specializes in Filipino dishes
  • has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written
  • adept in production and quality control
  • able to recommend menu items apt for target market
  • able to mentor and supervise cooks
  • willing to work on shifting schedules
  • computer literate

HOUSEKEEPING LEADMAN

  • completed two years of college graduate of technical/ vocational course
  • with at least one year relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • able to supervise in-house laundry services and uniform and linen inventory
  • has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written
  • organized and keen on details
  • willing to work on shifting schedules
  • computer literate

GRAPHIC ARTIST

  • completed a degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Design and the like, or has appropriate education on graphic designing or a similar course
  • very creative
  • knowledgeable in creative computer programs running in both Mac OS and Windows
  • has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written
  • can work under pressure of close deadlines and varying creative requirements
  • computer literate

FITNESS CONSULTANT/GYM TRAINER

  • has appropriate education on fitness and gym requirements
  • with at least two years relevant working experience in a similar capacity
  • has satisfactory communication skills, spoken and written
  • can facilitate gym training
  • can design and execute exercise programs
  • physically fit
  • amiable and presentable
